What we collect. When you request a resource through our website, a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, or by email, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your answers to the form questions. Our website may also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device and browser type) through cookies and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it. To send you the resource you requested, to follow up by email about related tax and accounting topics, and to respond if you contact us. We store contact information in HubSpot and lead forms are delivered through Meta. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (HubSpot, Meta, Microsoft 365) and when required by law.

Your choices. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to carlos@cngadvisorygroup.com. Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser settings.

Retention. We keep contact information while you remain subscribed or while we have a business reason to keep it, then delete it.

Children. Our services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We will post any changes to this page with a new date.
